〖驱动安装方法Driver installation method〗
〖1、连接激光器Connecting the laser〗
将激光器以标认方向装到激光器锁紧座上,保证激光器引脚与夹具引脚接触良好。用4个金属镙钉将激光器固定到底座,保证激光器外壳与底座接触良好。
Install the laser in the marked direction onto the laser locking seat, ensuring good contact between the laser pins and the fixture pins. Fix the laser to the base with 4 metal screws to ensure good contact between the laser casing and the base.
需要根据客户提供的激光器脚位资料定制接口脚位功能。
The interface pin function needs to be customized based on the laser pin information provided by the customer. As shown in the following figure:

〖3、显示屏操作方法〗
(1)显示说明Display Description:
Driver Current 显示实时电流,差异5mA。
Chip Temp 显示实时温度。
Set Current 设置电流值。
Set Temp 设置温度值。
(2)键控制说明(电阻屏需要有一点力度点击)Key control instructions (resistance screen requires a bit of force to click):
Zero 对应值归零(电流为0mA;温度为25.00℃);
Zero corresponds to zero (current is 0mA; temperature is 25.00 ℃
Step设置加减步长(点击光标会移动到相应位置);
Step Set the addition and subtraction step size (clicking the cursor will move to the corresponding position)
+ 对应值增加 Corresponding value increase
- 对应值减小 Corresponding value decrease
Enter 将选择好的值,设置到驱动激光器。
Enter will select the good value and set it to the driving laser.
点击电流或电压值输入框,会弹出数字键盘,可直接输入数字。
Click the current or voltage value input box, the Numeric keypad will pop up, and you can input numbers directly
点击Set Current 或 Set Temp 对应输入框显示当前设置值。
Click on the input box corresponding to Set Current or Set Temp to display the current set value。
〖4、叠加波形说明Overlay waveform description〗
输入波形是在设置电流内。比如:设置电流为200mA,输入波形往上电流往下,光输出是返向的,在设置电流值内变化,这样不会烧激光器。叠加的电流根据激光器不同。无固定计算方法,可用光谱仪或示波器+测试探头测试值。调制带宽过低时,输入调制波形需有大于设定电流带载能力,否则波形可能变形。也可订制在设置电流上加可计算电流波形,这样如果总电流超过激光器电流可能会烧坏激光器。
The input waveform is within the set current. For example, if the current is set to 200mA, the input waveform will move upwards and downwards, and the light output will be backward, changing within the maximum set current value, so as not to burn the laser. The superimposed current varies depending on the laser. There is no fixed calculation method, and the values can be tested using a spectrometer or oscilloscope with a testing probe. When the modulation bandwidth is too low, the input modulation waveform must have a load capacity greater than the set current, otherwise the waveform may deform. It can also be customized to add a computable current waveform to the set current, so that if the total current exceeds the laser current, it may burn out the laser.
